Remember the PB2 powdered peanut butter that I talked about in The Shape Shop blog? Well today I would like to share my newest smoothie obsession with you guys, and it involves PB2! (Two recipes in one week, how great!) I will normally drink this for a meal if I’m not that hungry, or as a mid-afternoon craving-beating snack (for the days when I am super hungry)! Here are the ingredients:
Stick it all in a blender, I use my trusty one serving Oyster Blender, and enjoy!
I like the strawberries because it gives the smoothie a little added natural sweetness. Since I’m new to PB2 I’m excited to figure out additional recipes…and I’ll be sure to fill you in!
