Grow A Pair And Start Working Out With A Stability Ball!

This Workout Wednesday was inspired by my highly anticipated January Must-Have Box from my monthly Popsugar Must-Have Box subscription. I LOVE MY POPSUGAR BOXES!

In case you couldn’t already guess, the “Must-Have Fitness” item this month was a 65”cm Stability Ball. Don’t have your own ball? Don’t worry! We have plenty on the second floor at the Rec!

(And this isn’t even all of them)

I got this idea off of Pinterest, the original source was unknown, but the images and explanations showed to be an excellent stability ball workout. Just repeat 12 reps of each move 3 times and you’ve got a workout!

Try it out and let me know what you think! My buns were sure burnin’ when I was through.

What exercises do you like to do with a stability ball?
